Thermal Oxidization

Self thermal sustain run at low VOCs concentration lower than 1.5g/Nm3, or lower 
Destruction Removal Efficiency of hydrocarbons ≥99%, emission to a minimum
No fuel injection, heating up by alloy made components 
Operating temperature in range of 750~1000 °C, depending on characters of VOC components in coming off gas
No combustion air needed
No purge line at low concentration case, purge as optional for high concentration
Flow switching is cycled by in & out poppet valves
Optional usage of excess heat if there is,
